PM Modi Vows Unyielding Fight Against Terrorism To Affirms India's Strength

Prime Minister Narendra Modi commemorated the anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack during his Mann Ki Baat radio broadcast, acknowledging India's resilience in the face of the "most heinous attack" on this day. Modi paid homage to the lives lost in the 2008 Mumbai attack carried out by 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists, emphasizing India's capability to recover and its ongoing commitment to "crushing terrorism with full courage."

Highlighting the significance of November 26, Modi also mentioned that on this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly adopted the Constitution of India. He recalled the decision to celebrate November 26 as Constitution Day during the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of BR Ambedkar in 2015.

The prime minister extended wishes for Constitution Day and urged citizens to prioritize their duties, emphasizing that collective efforts will contribute to the nation's development.

Modi also addressed recent festivities, noting a business turnover of around Rs 4 lakh crore and expressing enthusiasm for people buying made-in-India products. He questioned the trend of organizing weddings abroad and encouraged hosting such celebrations within the country. Overall, Modi's remarks reflected on India's resilience, remembrance of historical events, and the promotion of domestic initiatives.
