Iti shares her reasons for wearing home-based brands on the Red carpet, "Where most of the celebrities choose to wear high-end international brands, I chose homegrown brands like a North-East Indian designer for my second red carpet.
And an iconic white Lehenga by heritage Indian fashions, as a tribute to Bollywood Diva - Sridevi.
I strongly believe that Indian textiles and tailoring are one of the finest in the world. I have a lot of friends in the East and this was the perfect opportunity to give them exposure to the real world. I am really proud of what my fellow Indians are achieving and they deserve to be seen on the Red carpet."
Born in Rajasthan and worked in South Indian films for quite some time, Iti has a soft spot for India as a whole and in an attempt to showcase this love, she has taken to the Global International Platform by bringing it all directions of the subcontinent under one big family.
