Political pundits say this is a politically significant move that could be Sasikala's bid to reclaim her position in the AIADMK. This event is planned a day ahead of the golden jubilee celebration of the founding of the AIADMK, the party has been battered in the recent rural local body polls winning just two seats in the district panchayat unions, is now facing another major problem with the ousted general secretary of the party.
