Amit Shah Contrasts Karsevak Shooters vs Ram Temple Builders

Amit Shah Contrasts Karsevak Shooters vs Ram Temple Builders

Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, criticized the opposition during a public rally in support of BJP candidate Rajveer Singh from Etah-Kasganj in Uttar Pradesh. Shah targeted them for delaying the Ram temple issue and emphasized the choice between "those who opened fire at karsevaks and those who built the Ram temple."

He highlighted the absence of opposition leaders at the Ram temple consecration ceremony, suggesting they were linked to the shooting of karsevaks. Shah presented two contrasting groups: one that allegedly harmed Ram bhakts and another that facilitated the Ram temple's construction.

Shah accused Congress and Samajwadi Party leaders of neglecting backward communities' rights, contrasting this with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's actions post-election.

Responding to Rahul Gandhi's reservations remark, Shah assured that the BJP supports reservation for SCs, STs, and OBCs. He listed BJP initiatives, promising the continuation of schemes like free ration until 2029 if the party stays in power.

Shah criticized Samajwadi Party's alleged nepotism, contrasting past migration issues with current progress under the BJP. He claimed the BJP would win over 100 seats in early polling phases while predicting zero seats for Congress and Samajwadi Party in upcoming polls.

The upcoming third-phase polling in Kasganj is scheduled for May 7.
