The Chief of NMMC unfurled the National ?ag, observed the parade and took salute at the march past presented by contingents of Navi Mumbai Fire?ghters and Police.

As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, the Headquarters was decorated with a rangoli showcasing the national ?ag, tricolor ?ower decorations, and a sizable #TirangaWaaliSel?e point. Citizens were spotted enthusiastically taking photos with their families. At night, the headquarters is illuminated with the tricolor lights.

The two-hour Independence-day program began at 10:00 a.m., commemorating India's struggle for freedom and developing a feeling of patriotism and a profound connection to the nation's past.
