Gun Savvy VIP Brat needs Harsh Punishment to Set Up Precedence

Ex-BSP MP’s son booked for waving gun in Delhi 5-star hotel Joint Commissioner of Police (southwest) Ajay Chaudhary said Pandey has been booked under the Arms Act, and for assault. He said police teams have been sent to track him down. In a one-minute video of the incident that surfaced on social media, Ashish Pandey is seen brandishing a pistol and threatening the man and the woman.

The son of a former BSP MP was booked Tuesday after a video clip that did the social media rounds showed him brandishing a firearm, and threatening a couple following an argument at the Hyatt Regency hotel at R K Puram in New Delhi. Police said Ashish Pandey, who hails from Lucknow, is the son of former BSP MP Rakesh Pandey. His brother, Ritesh, is an Uttar Pradesh MLA. Police said the incident took place early Sunday. Following a complaint by the assistant security manager of Hyatt Regency, a Look Out Circular was also issued against Ashish Pandey.

Ashish Pandey and the friends must be punished severely to set up strong precedence. Police has slapped various sections apart from the Arm act. Police in UP and Delhi are on the look out for Ashish Pandey to arrest him with his associates. Pandey family claims that he is a successful businessman with a turn over of Rs 800 crore but the intoxication of power and money has destroyed the basic traits of a decent human being. To bring Ashish Pandey and his family on floor, police must coordinate investigation with Income Tax and ED to probe the source of fund available with Pandey family, incidentally a political family with Rs 800 crore wealth must be seriously probed. Manu Sharma and Vikas Yadav are the glaring example of the past that destroyed precious human life and the HORROR story in India goes unabated.
