Janhvi to get Norwegian honour

Actress Janhvi Kapoor will be awarded ‘Arets Stjerneskudd’ rising talent of the year by the Norwegian Consulate General here.

She said, “I made my debut with Dhadak this year. Our film has been seen by audience across the globe since it released worldwide and many of them including people staying in Norway have seen the film and sent their good wishes via social media. This recognition is a pleasant surprise. I am happy to receive this honour and humbled that they chose me for this honour.”

The felicitation evening on Tuesday will also see the screening of two acclaimed Norwegian films including What Will People Say, and The King’s Choice.

Among others, Boney Kapoor will also be present at the event.

‘Fukrey is a very special film. I am personally a huge fan of Bholi. She is brave and extremely intelligent and it has been amazing to play her twice. The success of the film has had has been surprising and rewarding. I think we definitely deserve part three of the film. I do hope to work for it again.’

On veteran actor Dharmendra’s 83rd birthday, his wife and actress Hema Malini wished him saying he is her “everlasting love.”

She wrote on Twitter, “Happy Birthday to my everlasting love, the dearest father to my darling girls and proud grandfather to Darien and Radhya. I thank all the numerous fans who are sending their greetings to me on Dharamji’s birthday. I will definitely convey their wishes to him.”

Joe won’t talk about Swift

Actor Joe Alwyn, who is dating singer Taylor Swift, likes to keep his relationship as private as possible.

Alwyn says there is “a very clear line” for him of how much he should share about his relationship with Swift.

“I know what I feel about it. I think there’s a very clear line as to what somebody should share, or feel like they have to share, and what they don’t want to and shouldn’t have to,” he said.

The I knew you were trouble hitmaker and the Mary, Queen Of Scots star have been dating for over a year and a half.
